Sound familiar?

Good people.
Too much repeat work.

Your team already knows how to do the job. We make the collecting, checking, and chasing easier.

01 / Monthly reports

The same report. Less of your month.

Copy rows between files, fix the formatting, and check the totals again.

A better way

Get a prepared report, checked totals, and a short list of anything that needs a second look.

See the example
02 / Service records

The visit is done. The paperwork should be too.

Chase a technician for details, search old emails, and rebuild the visit history.

A better way

Review one service summary showing the work done, missing details, and next action.

See the example
03 / Supplier follow-ups

Know what is late before you have to chase it.

Read through emails and spreadsheets to work out what is arriving and what is missing.

A better way

See the orders needing attention, the latest update, and a follow-up draft to review.

How it works

A clear start.
A useful finish.

We work around your current tools and agree what success looks like before building.

01

Show us the job.

Start with a free call about one task your team keeps repeating.

If it looks useful, we review a recent example together and decide what better would look like.

02

Agree the project.

Know the result, price, timing, and checks before we start.

We agree one fixed fee for the work. Usually half is paid upfront and half when you accept the result.

03

Test it. Make it yours.

We build it, test it with your team, and show you how to run it.

You get the working setup and clear instructions. Decide afterwards whether ongoing help would be useful.

Your team stays in charge. Messages, payments, and important changes need the approvals you agree to.

Meet the person building it

I know the work behind the spreadsheet.

My background is in running operations at a furniture manufacturer, across purchasing, production, shipping, and reporting.

I have been the person chasing the update and checking the file. You work directly with me to make one part of your day easier.

Your first project

Start small.
Make it worthwhile.

Choose one job that costs your team time or creates avoidable mistakes. We agree a practical improvement and a price for that work.

How projects are priced

One agreed result

The job to improve, what is included, and how we will check that it works.

One fixed project price

A quote for your specific project, with payment terms and timing agreed before work begins.

A clear handoff

The working setup, practical instructions, and a person on your team who knows how to use it.

Ongoing support is optional. Choose it after delivery if it is useful to your team.

A few questions

Before we talk.

No technical knowledge needed.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. Tell us about the job: what comes in, what your team does, and what needs to come out. We choose the tools. AI can help read messy notes or emails; fixed rules handle things like calculations and required fields.

How much does a project cost?

You get one fixed quote after we understand the job and what an improvement is worth to your team. Small, useful projects are welcome. We agree what is included, timing, and payment terms before starting, usually half upfront and half on acceptance.

Will we have to change our software?

We start with your current tools and check what they already do. An approved file export and a finished report may be enough. If a connection or another tool is needed, we explain that and any software costs before you decide.

What happens on the first call?

We spend 30 minutes talking through one repeated job, who does it, and what makes it difficult. You can describe it in plain language. If there is a fit, we agree the next step. You do not need to send sensitive files or prepare a presentation.

What happens after you build it?

We test it with your team against the agreed checks and hand it over with instructions. You can run it yourself, ask for help when needed, or choose monthly support. Support is optional; it is not a fee for finishing the original project.
